We offer FREE BUSINESS ADDRESS SHIPPING to all over the 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). We will ship out on the next business day after received payment, and it depends on the different locations usually takes approximately 2 to 7 business days to reach the destination.

Return & Exchange & Warranty Policy
Receipt of Products
1. Check Products’ Condition when Receipt:
Please refuse to sign or tell driver to make a note if the packages are apparently damages on outside protect frames or wraps.
2. Unwrap the Package:
Once the products are found to damaged after unwrapping, please take photos on damaged part and describe with us where is the located of the damaged part soon. And we will contact you with the next process.
3. Plug in Power:
We recommend Do Not plug in power within 24 hours since the coolant might be shaken and need time to precipitate. And we will test all the products before ship out. If any product does not work properly, please contact us soon. And our warranty department will respond as soon as possible for the warranty process.
Shipping in Error
Please contact us soon and take a photo for the wrong product with part number. We shall arrange the return and exchange products for you.
Restocking Fee
Personal reasons would like to return must have authorization ,and we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used. Customers are supposed to pay a restocking fee. (will depend on returns condition to charge restock fee)
